Classes
Reiki Shizen offers Reiki training classes providing a rich and meaningful learning experience taught by an experienced state-certified Reiki Master Teacher.
Our curriculum is well-structured and offers a balance of instruction, meditations, attunements, hands-on practice, practical case examples, ample time for Q&A, and written materials to ensure higher levels of retention.
Our smaller class size allows for individualized attention, while the longer duration of class provides for student practice and proper integration of the teachings. Ongoing student support is offered through the Reiki Coaching and Reiki Circle programs.

Reiki Level 1
Learn Reiki in this experiential introductory course. Students will learn the history, lineage, and fundamentals of Reiki, self-treatment, and how to conduct Reiki with family and friends. Class includes: student manual and workbook, lectures, hands-on practice for integration, Level 1 attunements, a certificate of completion, and admission to two Reiki circles. Students can register for Reiki 2 about one month after completing this class.
2-day class | $350
Reiki Level 1 Refresher
This half-day Reiki 1 refresher course is designed for the Reiki student who has already taken a Reiki 1 course in the past from any training program and would like to revive their Reiki studies. Class includes: student manual and workbook, instruction on key components of Reiki 1, hands-on practice, Level 1 attunement, a certificate of completion, and admission to two Reiki circles. Students can register for Reiki 2 about one month after completing this course.

Reiki Level 2
After at least one month of completing Reiki 1 at Reiki Shizen, you are ready to expand your knowledge and take the next step on your Reiki journey. Reiki 2 delves deeper into transcending time and space by exploring Reiki in the past, present, and future. You will be introduced to and study sacred symbols and their application in your Reiki practice. The class includes written materials, lectures, hands-on practice for integration, Level 2 attunements, a certificate of completion, and admission to two Reiki circles.
2-day class | $450
Reiki Level 3 / Reiki Master
After at least six months from completing Reiki 2 at Reiki Shizen, students are invited to enroll in the comprehensive Reiki 3/Reiki Master combined course. During the course, students will enrich their Reiki skills by learning the Master symbol and embodiment practices to deepen their connection to Reiki at a heightened level. The course introduces additional practices from diverse philosophies, expanding spiritual awareness and fostering a deeper connection to the multidimensional power of Reiki.
Upon reaching the Reiki Master level, student practitioners will further develop their understanding and practical application of Levels 1-3. This advanced stage supports personal growth and helps practitioners build confidence in their Reiki skills, regardless of whether they become teachers. The course includes instruction on performing attunements, a sacred ritual between a Reiki Master and a student. Student practitioners will also examine ethical considerations and boundaries, dive deep into case studies, and learn methods for providing exceptional client care.
The course is divided into four parts: (1) attend three days of scheduled class instruction; (2) co-facilitate three Reiki classes; (3) attend two 1:1 Reiki coaching sessions; and (4) complete additional fulfillment requirements. The estimated time to complete this combined course will be 6-12 months, leading to a Reiki 3 Practitioner and Reiki Master level certificate.

Reiki Coaching
Reiki coaching provides an opportunity to work one-on-one with an experienced Reiki Master Teacher to help you to achieve greater proficiency and confidence in your Reiki practice. This service provides personalized instruction and guidance to help you reach your Reiki learning goals in a safe and supportive environment.

Reiki Circles

Beneficial in numerous ways, a Reiki circle gathering is a nurturing environment that allows us to practice BE-ing. We practice. We connect. We learn. We heal.
Reiki students attend to practice; however, all are welcome to attend including Reiki newbies. Past attendees include clients, students, and friends of Reiki Shizen as well as practitioners from the Reiki Training Program/Reiki Fellowship Circle. Please review our Reiki Circle Etiquette below and the International Association of Reiki Professionals Code of Ethics before attending.
