Classes
Reiki Shizen offers Reiki training classes providing a rich and meaningful learning experience taught by an experienced state-certified Reiki Master Teacher.
Our curriculum is well-structured and offers a balance of meditations, attunements, lectures, hands-on practice, storytelling with practical examples, ample time for Q&A, and written materials to ensure higher levels of retention.
Our smaller class size allows for individualized attention, while the longer duration of class provides for proper integration of the teachings. Ongoing student support is offered through the Reiki Coaching and Reiki Circle programs. Get in touch to obtain a course agenda.

Reiki Level 1
Learn Reiki in this experiential introductory course. Students will learn the history and fundamentals of Reiki, self-treatment, and how to conduct Reiki with family and friends. Class includes written materials, lectures, hands-on practice for integration, Level 1 attunements, a certificate of completion, and admission to two Reiki circles. Students can register for Reiki 2 about one month after completing this class.
2-day class | $350
Reiki Level 1 Refresher Course
This half-day Reiki 1 refresher course is designed for the Reiki student who has already taken a Reiki 1 course in the past from any training program and would like to revive their Reiki studies. Course includes: student manual and workbook, instruction on key components of Reiki 1, hands-on practice, Level 1 attunement, a certificate of completion, and admission to two Reiki circles. Students can register for Reiki 2 about one month after completing this course.

Reiki Level 2
At least one month after completing Reiki 1 at Reiki Shizen, you are ready to build upon your knowledge and take the next step on your Reiki journey. Reiki 2 takes a deeper dive into transcending time and space by exploring Reiki in the past, present, and future. Sacred symbols will be introduced and studied. Class includes written materials, lectures, hands-on practice for integration, Level 2 attunements, a certificate of completion, and admission to two Reiki circles.
2-day class | $400
Reiki Level 3
At least six months after completing Reiki 2 at Reiki Shizen, you may register for Reiki 3 to continue the journey. The Master symbol is introduced and students will build on advancing their Reiki skill level. Through diverse philosophical practices and transformative rituals, this level of Reiki helps you to expand your spiritual awareness and connect with the deeper healing power of Reiki. Class includes written materials, lectures, hands-on practice for integration, Level 3 attunements, a certificate of completion, and admission to two Reiki circles.
2-day class | $450
Reiki Master Teacher Level
At least six months after completing Reiki Level 3 at Reiki Shizen, you may register for the Reiki Master Teacher level training. Whether or not you decide to teach Reiki, the master level includes a deeper understanding and practice of Levels 1-3 from an advanced practitioner level or the teacher’s perspective.
You will learn how to initiate attunements and other Reiki embodiment practices as they apply to the teacher-student relationship. Students will co-facilitate three Reiki classes and fulfill additional practice requirements to complete certification.
This level dives deeper into ethics, boundaries, case studies, and client care practice scenarios. Creating Reiki practice guidelines for the advanced practitioner is also introduced. Class includes written materials, lectures, hands-on practice for integration, a Reiki Master Teacher level certificate of completion, two scheduled 1:1 Reiki coaching sessions, and admission to two Reiki circles.
2-day class plus additional fulfillment requirements | $550
Reiki Coaching
Reiki coaching provides an opportunity to work one-on-one with an experienced Reiki Master Teacher to help you to achieve greater proficiency and confidence in your Reiki practice. This service provides personalized instruction and guidance to help you reach your Reiki learning goals in a safe and supportive environment.

Ceceilia (Reiki 1 & 2)
Reiki Circles
Beneficial in numerous ways, a Reiki circle gathering is a nurturing environment that allows us to practice BE-ing.
We practice. We connect. We learn. We heal.
Circles are held in-studio twice per month on Saturdays 1-3 pm.
All are welcome to attend including Reiki newbies. Past attendees include clients, students, and friends of Reiki Shizen as well as practitioners from the Reiki Training Program/Reiki Fellowship Circle.
