For beginners or experienced meditators wanting to rejuvenate their practice, come experience the transformative power of group meditation! Our small group of meditators will meet for three evenings in May.
You will learn: Science-backed benefits of meditation, breathwork techniques, mindfulness practices, and ancient mantras for healing and connecting to your inner wisdom.
Each session includes instruction, guided meditation, opportunities for questions, sharing, and fostering a sense of community.
Space is limited. Bring a yoga mat and cushion. Chairs and extra pillows provided, if needed.

More and more people are curious about energy healing, and Reiki, in particular. Discover what Reiki is, learn about Reiki's benefits, what to expect in a treatment session, and find out if a Reiki class is right for you. Explore the many facets of this amazing healing art and experience Reiki for yourself! Registration is required. Online connection details will be sent after registration.

Beneficial in numerous ways, a Reiki circle gathering is a nurturing environment that allows us to practice BE-ing. We practice. We connect. We learn. We heal.
All are welcome to attend including Reiki newbies. Past attendees include clients, students, and friends of Reiki Shizen as well as practitioners from the Reiki Training Program/Reiki Fellowship Circle. Please review our Reiki Circle Etiquette before attending.
